signed up for meal option 1. If you wish to sign up for the vegetarian option or have any dietary requirements, please inform the bifeb reception when you collect the meal card. If you wish to opt out of a meal, please inform the bifeb reception no later than 9am that day in order you are not being charged.
Meals will be charged to the participants (apart from the conference dinner which is included in the registration fee).
